Candidate is required to work under the guidance of the Territory Manager and generate corporate NPS leads & achieve corporate, subscriber & AUM targets for NPS.
Meet HR Head/C&B Head/relevant authority in the corporate/PSUs and design NPS implementation plan.
Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
Travel & create product visibility and build business profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on new opportunities.
Perform any other related duties, as assigned by the Management.
Onbording employees with AUM target.
Employee presentation, onsite Persistency follow-up and onboarding.
